I'm in an interesting situation - I'm going to be subcontracted out to a network integration company next week. I've got mt standard consulting agreement, which I'm going to use with the integration company. It includes a limitation of liability for the usual - data loss, force majeure, etc. I'm wondering what sort of contract the eventual client is under, and what protection I have from liability in the case of something going wrong. I will be upgrading the OS and sendmail on their primary mail server to start, for example. Lots of possibilities for things to go wrong.
